Telephone Box

Time goes by and once familiar sights dissapear. The red telephone box with its weird button is fast disappearing from the British countryside. There was a time when no country lane was so isolated that somewhere along it a red box was not to be found. They were beside pubs, and barns and at the end of country walks, but now they have mostly been uprooted and taken away or replaced with an unlovely shell in blue. Nowadays they are little needed since everyone seems to be born with a mobile attached. This particular one was on a small lane near Invercreran Scotland -- the Scots have always tried to keep the good even when the Southerners change their ways.
